Craftsman Bungalow

An East Sacramento icon in the 1920’s, Craftsman homes are always a feast for the artisan’s eye. Built in 1927 this single level cottage bungalow is much larger than it appears. Tour-goers are in for a treat as designers Tim and Linda Arborgast of Jett Moderne and Arborgast Design greet you with a “Green” themed holiday. The home, host to eighty-five owls throughout, has been the talk of the tour for weeks. Tim and Linda compliment their “Green” theme with a Modern edge and take pride in divulging that all the décor is recycled and has been either handed down or purchased from local thrift stores.
