Federalist Colonial

Step through this 1920’s Federalist Colonial and you’ll see an expertly executed remodel where you are dared to detect where the original structure meet the remodel. In 1997, the owner decided to embark on an adventure which in reality didn’t commence until 2007. To best utilize the kitchen and adjacent room, Curtis Popp of Shelter Design, was hired to create a new layout. This beautiful dwelling has been home to many parties and celebrations.
